In this photograph we are looking due south. In the foreground is the Columbia Steel mill, served by the Pacific Electric via its viaduct over Torrance Blvd. The Pacific Electric Torrance shops are just out of the picture to the right (west).

In this photograph we are looking a little south of due east. Again the Columbia Steel mill buildings are in the foreground. The PE Viaduct crossing over Torrance Blvd and the PE Torrance line is clearly visible in the center background. In the upper right you can see the buildings of the glass factory near the Torrance station (just out of the picture to the right).
